Q: Will my purchases come in plastic-free packaging?
A: We are working with our suppliers to reduce the amount of packaging. In the mean time, your items will come in recyclable plastic and we strongly recommend that you recycle it.
Q: How long is the shipping process?

Once your order is dispatched, depending on your country or region, estimated delivery time is between 4 to 10 business days.
Q: How can I return my Order?
A: Once your order has arrived, We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your order's tracking number shows it was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- Return the new, unopened items to us within 30 days of delivery.
- Simply contact our support team at the email provided below if you have any questions regarding your return.
- For any product valued over $75 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
- Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
- Please be considerate when placing your order to choose the correct size, color, etc. of your product to avoid any returns for exchanges.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer, instead make sure you email us at email@example.com and we will provide you with instructions and addresses for returns
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Q: What are our Refund Policies?
A: Once your cancellation request is received or your return is delivered to us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Most banks take between 2-4 business days to complete the refund process on their end and release the amount to your statement. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and request your Authorization Number and provide this number to your bank if if the timeframe has been exceeded since your request and your amount is still not reflected on your bank statement.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Q: What Payment methods do you accept?
A: We securely accept all major credit cards. All prices and orders are listed and processed in US Dollars. However, please note that we are able to accept international credit and debit cards in any currency.
Q: Can I place an order if I live outside of the United States?
A: You can! We deliver to most countries, however, we are not responsible for customs charges. Customs may charge their own fees which are not associated with our shipping cost. They are their own entity and reserve the right to charge as they see fit.
